Food and Beverages provided free on a first come first serve basis. BYOB cups and ice provided. all exits Final! 

Males: Briefs/ jockstraps, boxers, leather.  Tank tops are OK. Strap-ons OK. (No long pants, shirts, or Masks. Store cell phones / valuables in clothes check)

Fems: Lingerie, fem undies, sheer fem dresses, wigs, heels, makeup.  (Store purses and cell phones in clothes check). 

1. RESPECT THE VENUE:  Put trash in trash cans. Do not move the furniture or turn off lights. Do not put paper towels, wipes, condoms in the toilet.
2. CHANGING AREA:   There are 2 restrooms for everyone to use. Fems try to arrive early if you need to change at the venue or arrive already dolled up.    
3. NO DRUGS, smoking or vaping.  Check cell phones, bags, purses, valuables in clothes check area.  NO filming.
4. PAYMENTS ACCEPTED: Pay cash, or Cashapp only in person. Debit/CC Payments via the Donate button above. No Debit/CC payments accepted at the event.
5. FRIENDLY PEOPLE ADMITTED!   Show up with a fun, cooperative, drama free attitude!  Be open to meeting new people.  Start with a hot glance, introduce yourself and  start a fun conversation.  It's tough meeting new people.  Be kind to others when they approach you.  Don't stand around with a resting bitch face. Anyone that appears drug or high will not be admitted or asked to leave.
6. MANDATORY CLOTHES CHECK:  Store all cell phones, wallets, purses, bags, valuables in numbered plastic bags in clothes check area. WEAR shoes/ high heels.
7. PAYMENTS ACCEPTED: Pay cash, or pay $1 extra to pay via Apple Pay, CashApp, credit or debit card to cover fees.
8. VENUE AMENITIES:   2 restrooms, Large Sofa, 3 beds, Lounge with pool table and TV. Dining area.
9. EVENT WAIVER:  Everyone admitted into our Private event understands and agrees that neither the venue, nor any promoter hosting an event, will be held liable for any loss of or damage to their personal property, nor for any personal  injury.
10. SECURITY / SUBJECT TO SEARCH UPDATE:   For security reasons ALL persons, bags, purses, backpacks, fanny packs are subject to search to ensure drugs, weapons are not brought into the venue.  Anyone that does not comply will security screening will not be admitted into our Private Men's Membership venue!

• GET CONSENT TO TOUCH.  NO MEANS NO THE FIRST TIME!  

1. Consensual interaction is hot!   Harassing, aggressive, drunken behavior is not!   Get clear consent before touching/ physically engaging with anyone.  Move on if someone shows you, politely tells you he/ she is not interested!   Report problems to our staff.  There is never a reason to slap the hand, push or shove anyone at our private membership events.  Abusive language/ aggressive behavior wont be tolerated!  Obey all directions from party monitors.  
2. USE POSITIVE/ RESPECTFUL LANGUAGE/ BEHAVIOR:  Don't be rude or bitchy when turning people down.  Say "No Thanks;  Sorry, we're not a match;  I am taking a break if you not interested in taking things further.   Use positive sounding language,  act in a manner, that shows you are concerned about the feelings of others.   
3. RESPECT EVERYONE & OUR VENUE!!!  Put your trash in our trash cans. Don't put paper towels in the toilet.  Be kind to others.  Leave the attitude and your clothes and the door and enjoy yourself in a warm, welcoming, sexy-social environment.
